Today my Mom, sister and I went to Salt Water State Park, we walked around and took some pictures. It was a bit nippy but the sun was shining and we soaked up some rays. As we walked down the lane we were startled by the cry of huge bird; I think it is a crane! Magnificent in flight!! After the park we headed over to Des Moines marina and walked on the dock. Mom said that when we have the next windy day that we will come to take more pictures of the waves crashing into the shore. Can't wait!
